Well unfortunately this time I didn't see someone else's panties, they saw mine. Fairly warm, I wore a skirt, kind of light, little above the knee, was walking down the street to a restaurant. It wasn't really that windy, but was near the water and a gust picked up and also a bus went past and I could feel the skirt shoot up in back.

Every woman knows the feeling at some point and I tried to react immediately but the first time I reaching around I reached too low and didn't catch it. Then I turned sideways and the second time I got it and pulled it down. Then I held it to my leg.

But when I turned sideways I looked back, to see if anyone saw, and a couple was coming. And she said "Don't worry we were the only ones who saw." The guy was just smiling. But it was embarrassing to be told like that and know they saw it. Instead of not knowing for sure.

So I kept walking holding the skirt to my side but no other wind came. Later when I was thinking about it and wondering if either of them or both were into panties and might be excited. Maybe they really pounded that night. I had an ex, like that, if he saw something like that he would definitely get horny and want to pound me as soon as possible. He would describe what he saw or want me to describe it if I was there too.

I had on White Cotton, comfortable and I wasn't expecting anyone to see them of course.

i had on white highcut, the are most comfortable for me and look nice, i usually wear them under skirts/dresses. but not under jeans, etc.

yes, i was embarrassed, i guess anybody would be.

i don't understand, if the high cut cotton is comfortable under skirts, why not under jeans?

it's not that the high hip brief is not comfortable under jeans, it's that the jeans are low and if my top rides up you can sometimes see them in back. i don't want to be checking back and tucking in all the time so i usually wear lowrise bikini panties with jeans or other pants or slacks.

This time I wasn't showing panties, I got a good view! It's windy here today, a woman leaning in at a mall parking lot putting things in the back seat, the back of her dress/skirt, couldn't tell, she had a jacket on, just whipped up to her waist, showing the whole back of her pantis! Embarassed

Got a sight of a white thong today.
