I would'nt touch them as they could have many a disease that even washing them would not get rid of. But that just my opion.

Damn tuff call here . LOL I would first take a glance to see if they were sexy enough to bother with . If they were , walk by and snag them up ( probably a cop or big brother watching me do this by now and laughing their asses off ) . LOL Maybe act as if I were picking up dog poop and use a plastic bag I found after I walked by the first time . LOL Then go home and look them over and judge it from there . If they looked ok , wash ,wash, wash before using them !
I have the damndest luck every time I move into a new home ( not for the elderly type of home ) I always find a few pair of nice panties somewhere and just wash and keep them as I met the girl ( or girls in that family) before I bought the place . I found three very nice pairs in this house when I moved here !
