Hi all,
I've been a collector of pictures of women in panties for years. Mostly thongs and bikinis, usually sheer or satin. About a month ago I upgraded my internet connection to 10MB speed. This had the added benefit if increasing my upload speed to 100kb. With the faster upload speed I am finally willing to post to usenet. So after amassing quite a collection of pictures of women in panties (about 40BG), I have started uplaoding to alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.panties. This newsgroup was great back in the late 90s but has been dead since. I would love to see it come back to life! I have uploaded 529 megs in the last two days and will continue for a while longer.
If you are active in the newsgroups have fun! These are not spam pics, but are full sets of hi-res. pictures collected from other newsgroups. Unfortunately, as many of you have come to find, models often start out in their panties, but usually end up without them, but in every one of the sets I post they will have panties on at some point and probably be showing off with spread legs and panties puled to the side. Often they will have their panties on for the whole set, and in some (not enough) they will be having sex with their panties on. I am only posting whole sets, so don't get mad at me when they take their panties off! I didn't tell them too! :-)

Very little interest... Hmmm, I would have thought a bunch of pantypervs like me would be active in the newsgroups and would be jumping for high-quality pics! But then maybe that's why the group alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.panties died...
If you would like me to continue to update this thread as I post, please let me know. Otherwise I will stop posting about this.
So far I have uploaded 1.2 GB of pics and Im currently uploading another 700MB, so in about 2 hours there will be a total of 2 gigabytes of pics in alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.panties.
Again, I am just a pervert (see my other posts) who loves the sight of beaultiful women in their panties.
If you are a collector and have not found the newsgroups, it is the absolute best way to collect pics and vids because there are no popups, viruses or spyware in jpg attachments. Most ISPs will have newsservers available to you without additional charge (nntp servers). However they will be slower than the paid servers like giganews. The link to the tutorial in my first post will help alot.

Well, I must be challenged because I looked hi and low and cannot find the group your talking about. I tried searching the with the info you gave and I came up with nothing. Are you sure about the author name you gave was correct. And that newsgroup you posted is'nt even on the list, what am I doing wrong?

You may not be doing anything wrong. ISPs don't necessarily have all groups in their news servers. The prime example would be illegal activities, but it could be that your ISP has made a decision that panties aren't worthy.
Are you using your ISPs servers or a paid usenet service?
What News Client are you using? Have your searched for all groups containing "panties"? Which ones are showing up?

(I posted a similar reply yesterday which seems to have gone AWOL, so apologies if this response turns out to be a duplicate).
After a bit of floundering I've managed to find all of pntypeeker's postings exactly as described. One mistake I made was to hunt all the way through the Videos group (without realising that's what it was) rather than the images one.
Doh!
The sets are of stylishly sophisticated, glamorous models, some of which involve quite a bit of airbrushing, so if this is what appeals you will enjoy these very much. My preference happens to be for the more raw, unglamorous girl-next-door types, but thanks anyway pntypeeker - I did enjoy looking through them.

Pantycleft, thanks for the review. I would correct, or ammend, your comments in one area, however. The pics are undoubtedly touched-up as they are professional sets, but to me airbrushed has the conotation of Playboy photos in the 1970s when there was no visual sightings of the sweet spot to be had beyond pubic hair (something that was very confusing to me as a teen). These photos are not airbrushed, or touched up in that manner. Anyway, to each his own... I'm not much of a fan of amateur photos and amateur closeups. As they say, whatever rocks your boat. The newsgroup doesn't seem to have anybody other than me paying attention to it, so unless people here want me to continue, I may give up after a few more days. It might just have been a huge waist of bandwidth!
