I saw an incredible sight today while out with my fiance. We were at the local mall and we had just park the car. It was a rather windy day and a hot one. The flowing short skirt were out in force today!
Well as we were walking toward the J.C. Penney store doors we noticed a rather attractive blonde walking in front of us, she was wearing s above knee floral print VERY lightweight skirt and white tank top type shirt.
It was at this point that the wind gusts got just a bit stonger and the geometry of the parking structure caused the wind to give a little more lift than normal.
What a sight! the skirt lifted completely above her waist and was suspended there for a good 3 seconds before she could regain control of it. We were no more than 7 to maybe 10 feet right behind her. She was wearing Satin String Bikini panties! They were Joe Boxer brand! How do I know, because my fiance was wearing the same kind only in a light lavender color! They came in a pack of 4 from Kmart. They were bright yellow with little pink and lanvender flowers all over them.

She was about 25 and very friendly. We walk together until the food court where we parted ways.
