Not that I agree with harry_dirty-panties and the whole sniffing dirty panties thing (especially a daughter's - step or otherwise), but the ages 18 and 19 technically make a girl both a teenager and legally fair game. I don't think harry_dirty-panties mentioned anything about the stepdaughter's age except that she is a teenager.
