I have not seen panties that close like a body suit, for example. I think Toni's panties are in fact step-in with elasticiated legs, and what looks like a popper bar might be part of the inside of her skirt, which is resting on the sofa, or might be part of the hook part of the blackstrap of her cream bra which she has also taken off.
She's a beautiful model, like a good friend who has found out you like panties. Being able to see up her skirt and also see her blouse tucked inside the skirt would prompt much panty talk.
