I went to a stadium recently for a game, and beforehand was walking around outside looking at various street vendors. Then as I was walking down the street, I saw a girl in a short skirt sitting on a curb, very low, with her bum much lower than her knees. She had her knees close together but I thought I might get the view of the triangle if I walked in front of her.

And I did, she couldn't keep her legs close enough together, either she didn't realize she was showing or did not care. She had light colored panties, I couldn't make out the color, but tightly stretched across her mound.

But later I was majorly upskirted. As I went down the stairs into the subway, a big draft came up, maybe from a train down below, and the entire back of my skirt lifted past my waist. I grabbed for it immediately, but I know it was too late. I looked behind me and there was a guy and a couple of girls close by, I'm sure they saw it. Maybe others too, they weren't as close.

My skirt blew up to my waist and it took me a second or two to push it down, so they probably saw all of my underwear from the back. It's a little humiliating to have strangers see everything like that.
